Can the Device Farm boot Android devices that re not already running #649

Currently we have a Appium servers for each android emulator we want to use in a test run, each Appium server handles each emulator and boots it if its not already up and running. Does the Appium device farm have the capability to boot the android devices if they are not already running or is that just something that will have to be handled separately? |

It needs to be handled separately and also you need to have single appium server to get this plugin working. |
