Device is busy or blocked error after restarting the server

I was using iOS device in the device farm manually. Without closing the device or exiting session from device farm I restarted the appium server and then again tried to use the device from device farm. It says "Device is busy or blocked". What to do in this case? Below is the error.

@mega6453 This should not happen! Coz once the server is restarted the device state is lost. Always please share full logs as gist.
