Pass Retry Count to client service

My client service needs to perform some operation based on whether it is retry or not.
I tried to add retry policy like below -

return HttpPolicyExtension
          .HandleTransientHttpError()
          .WaitAndRetryAsync(2, retryAttempt => TimeSpan.FromMilliseconds(10),
           onRetry: (outcome, timespan, retryAttempt, context) =>
           {
               context["RetryAttempt"] = retryAttempt;
           });

In my RetryHandler class I tried to add a header like this -

protected override async Task<HttpResponseMessage> SendAsync(HttpRequestMessage request,
        CancellationToken cancellationToken)
    {
        if (request.Properties.TryGetValue("PollyExecutionContext", out var executionContext)
            && executionContext is Context context)
        {
            if (context.TryGetValue("RetryAttempt", out var retryAttempt))
            {
                request.Headers.Add("X-Retry-Attempt", retryAttempt.ToString());
            }
        }
        return await base.SendAsync(request, cancellationToken);
    }

But context key is not available in RetryHandler class. I am suspecting context is not being correctly passed.
How can I pass the polly context correctly?

            .AddHttpMessageHandler<MyDemoRetryHandler>()
            .AddPolicyHandler(PollyRetryPolicy.GetRetryPolicy());

I got it right now.
I need to swap the chain between these two

AddHttpMessageHandler<MyDemoRetryHandler>()
            .AddPolicyHandler(PollyRetryPolicy.GetRetryPolicy())

Yes, the registration order of the handlers does matter.
