Displaying the node titles would be huge

I absolutely love the plugin - it has stellar performance, where other plugins just start to die. So thanks!

Nevertheless its kind of cumbersome to hover over each specific node just to see the title. If i search for a keyword (such a handy feature btw!) i get a little cluster. But i cant see on one glance, which nodes there are...instead i have to manually hover over every single one.

If you could implement a way to fade the node titles in just like the regular Graph-View, i would appreciate it a lot. I get that its quite difficult cause there are nodes behind (which doesnt happen in the regular graph), but maybe there could be a slider to set the distance for which the titles get displayed in relation to the current viewpoint.

You have described the exact problem I've been wanting to solve. Having to hover over every node to see its title is cumbersome, especially when exploring clusters generated by a search.

Your suggestion to fade node titles in based on their distance from the camera is the perfect solution. It's an excellent idea, and I plan to implement it. I really appreciate you taking the time to describe the desired functionality so clearly.

Here is the plan:

1. Add permanent text labels to each node.

2. Implement logic to only show labels for nodes that are within a certain distance of the camera's viewpoint.

3. Add a slider in the plugin settings so you can customize this viewing distance to your preference.

You also made a very sharp observation about labels from distant nodes appearing through closer nodes. I will definitely keep this in mind during implementation and look into solutions like raycasting to ensure the view remains clean and readable.

This is now a high-priority feature, and I will be working on getting it into a future release. Thank you again for this brilliant suggestion!

Development for this feature is taking place on feature/fading-node-labels, I should have a working version out either today or tomorrow.

The basic implementation works, I just have to add raycasting.
