Moza wheel button remapping

I was wondering I have a Moza wheel and the D-pad is not POV it is button press, Is there a way to make it so that the buttons that correspond to what should be D-pad. The game I playing needs POV and needs to be dinput (for wheel support), and game will not work with keyboard/mouse button.
