How to increase Turbo Delay feature beyond APP limits?

Is it possible to increase it, beyond that 4 sec point?
Im trying to have the controller repeat an action for like every 6-9, I'd have to test to know for sure.
I couldn't figure it out working with Assignments alone or find usefull knowledge on that matter, thanks in advance.
