Problem Description:
In a web application, the footer on the home page is designed with a specific layout, styling, and content. However, other pages have a different footer design, leading to inconsistencies in user experience. The goal is to ensure that the footer remains uniform across all pages without duplicating code unnecessarily.

why this is needed

• A consistent footer helps maintain a uniform look and feel across all pages.
