Java port -- complete!

I have ported Clipper2 to Java. I'm sharing this now that I've finally fixed polytrees (a one line change in the end), which concludes all the functionality. The codebase passes all tests.

I leave it up to you whether you want to incorporate the Java version within this repository (in which case I can create a PR for that), or leave it as a standalone repository on my profile.

Hi Michael. Well done! That would not have been an easy task. While I don't intend to host other translations here, i do intend to provide links to carefully done and reasonably well maintained translations. I'll try to have a look at you code in the next few days.
