Suppose you extracted the file “jsxer-v1.x.x” to “C:\Users\yourname\Desktop\WB\release”. First, you need to open the Command Prompt from that directory and then type your command as follows:
jsxer.exe ./testfile.jsxbin
NB: testfile.jsxbin is the file you need to decompile, and it should be located in the exact same directory where you extracted jsxer-v1.x.x.
