The code in Drone:TestMission should make the drone take off, move to a sequence of way points and land. The way points are being sent to the PX4 instance but it is not doing the right thing. Almost certainly, the sequence of uORB messages that are being sent by the AutoPilotPX4 methods are not what is expected by the PX4 instance. Needs a really long debugging session.
