Hmm, my previous version was 1.3.3 and I did the update via script to 1.3.4 and it was not installed as mentioned. [edit] I tested the actual iso 1.3.4 (DE) and the package is not installed out-of-the-box in the Live-System. After installation with online updates the installed OS also contains not the package. After installation of libcanberra-pulse the test-sound works. |

I was testing my headset and wanted to test the output with the Gnome built-in loudspeaker test tone for the left and right channel. But, no sound. After short research, I installed the package 'libcanberra 0.30-17ubuntu2' which solved the problem.
