when I set it to scan both mats and character developments items it only scans mats. it can't do both #581

Current Behavior
I want to scan both character development items and materials for ascension planner; but it can only do one or the other. when I click both it ends up only scanning overworld materials.
Expected Behavior
The scanner to not skip rows or items
Reproducing a Behavior
when checking both the character development items and overworld materials; it should skip over development items and only scan overworld mats.
while working just fine when you choose on or the other instead of both.
