Scan skips Kazuha

Current Behavior

It lingers on him for a few seconds, then skips to the next character without checking Kazuha's constellations or talents.

The bug wasn't present back in April when I last used IK.

Expected Behavior

The scanner continues to scan

Fails to parse kazuha's name all 75 attempts in 1920x1080 resolution
Fails to parse his name only 36 attempts in 1280x720 resolution

Screenshot log shows his name is partially cut off in both resolutions, so i don't know if that's a good clue
