doesnt go further than the traveler

Current Behavior

im on windows, and im trying to check characters/ the scanner for some reason doesnt go further than the traveler. i had set the name correctly and everything

The scanner continues to scan

I experience the same issue, but only if the Traveler has the Pyro element equipped.
