[Suggestion] How the hell to tune seem / gap

I think the biggest thing that made a difference from reading your guides was to form a better understanding how these things influence your print quality. 

And I find myself getting frustrated trying to get the best seams possible. Scarf works ok, but it alters the look of a surface too much in my opinion. I would love some guidance in how to tune the seam.
