Spawn Entities

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I wanted to see if we can spawn entities at a certain location using the amulet api. Amulet API provides many features, and i recently found, you can't spawn entities using it.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Maybe an api/function to summon entities in a custom location would be cool!
