Stuck inside of the Fire Temple: OOTMM Randomizer

OOTMM randomizer: I entered inside of the Fire Temple without the Goron Tunic and only 4 hearts which equates to 00:32 seconds of life left on the timer when trying to exit the Fire Temple's entrance. The metal ladder takes up most of the time to get out and climb and I will burn to death when trying to escape via Darunia's secret entrance/grotto via the Hookshot on the broken bridge. I am without any playable warp songs because I am missing the C-Left button and the only warp song I do have is Nocturne of Shadows but I can't play it because I don't have C-Left. I didn't generate the seed because my friend did, but settings are the buttons and souls are randomized. I tried soft and hard resetting the ROM using PJ64 and it takes me back to the Fire Temple entrance no matter what. Am I softlocked or what? My friend generated the seed and we're playing the exact same ROM and I am so far ahead of him and I don't wanna tell him I'm soft locked or else my balls will be in his fists. Please assist.

Nevermind! Revven from the OOTMM randomizer discord suggested that i "Exit" the fire temple and save and reset. took me back to the Temple of Time. Thanks Revven!
