Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to propose the addition of a Real-Time Doctor Consultation feature to the Infant Compass website. This would allow users (especially new parents) to consult pediatricians or child health experts directly through the platform.

Additional context
Enable secure video/audio/text chat between users and doctors
Allow appointment scheduling and real-time availability display
Support uploading reports or symptoms before consultation
Optional: Use APIs like Jitsi Meet, Twilio, or WebRTC for implementation
Benefits
Provides urgent help and medical advice for infants without physical hospital visits
Increases the credibility and utility of the platform
Offers peace of mind to parents via verified consultations

Frontend: React / Angular (if applicable)
Backend: Node.js + Socket.io / Firebase
