Demo look improvements

Following work done on #1119, we have listed enhancements that could / should be done in the demo site:

• update TOC display to have lower font-size + use daisyui menu look (similar as main menu)
• fix flashes for active in dropdowns
• refactor menu dialog (mobile) to use daisyui drawer instead
• update look of buttons NEXT and PREVIOUS at the bottom pages
• remove usage of bootstrap-icons in the demo to use hero icons instead
• fix warning in local for selector button ~button
• update blog look to be more modern
• tooltip broken
• versions wrap text
• home page display on ultra-wide screens
