Add support for the Tasks plugin

Thanks for this impressive tool.

I have both tasks and checklists. I wish to use a #task hash tag on tasks that come over so that the Obsidian Task Plug-in will only deal with the items coming over from Evernote tasks.

I don't use the tasks plugin, so I don't know how it works, and it would also take me some time to read its documentation and understand what my program should do, and how. So, at least for now, I'll have to leave this as a low priority issue. But if you could provide more concrete details of what should be changed, I could try to implement those changes sooner.

The tasks plug-in allows two formats: emoji and dataview (added recently). (https://publish.obsidian.md/tasks/Reference/Task+Formats/About+Task+Formats). Not mentioned there is the global filter https://publish.obsidian.md/tasks/Getting+Started/Global+Filter, which is a tag that all tasks can optionally have, allowing differentiation from checklists.

It appears that Evernote2Obsidian is quite close to the emoji format (details are available at https://publish.obsidian.md/tasks/Reference/Task+Formats/Tasks+Emoji+Format). Obviously, there are features like dependencies (for subtasks) that don't exist in the Evernote task format.

The global filter change would require an option to specify the global filter tag_text which would lead to each task in Markdown having #tag_text followed by a space after the "- [ ] " but before the rest of the task information.

Timestamps in the task would need to be truncated to data only for those related to Due Date. Recurring information would need to be translated from Evernote format (not known) to "🔁 pattern" in the text line. Recurrence in Obsidian Tasks is shown https://publish.obsidian.md/tasks/Getting+Started/Recurring+Tasks#Examples . Potentially, for a first version, one could fix the due date, and for those items with recursion just add a tag #fixRecursion or something.
