ClickHouse fails to read Iceberg tables with columns containing dot '.'

Reproduced by "flowers.iris" test data (see in https://github.com/Altinity/ice examples)

Columns is automatically renamed in Parquet escaping dot. ClickHouse should understand such mapping or use column ids (better)
