Expected behavior

dbt-power-user will keep the package-path outside the project.

Actual behavior

dbt-power-user always removes the package-path outside the project.
but it goes well under 0.51.X.

Steps To Reproduce

def a customer package
dbt deps, the package-path is outside the project
reload the vs code, and the packages install will be removed
pls ref the attatchments for the project and vedio
