Relase v0.1.0

[fretchen]

This is the first release. It is running the full suite of user registration etc without any problems. Some recently added features are:

• CSP for security.
• Different storage providers for the backends are possible (Dropbox and MongoDB).
• API is generated through django-ninja.

So the most important things to make it easy to access quantum hardware remotely.
