Sorry to hear you are having problems.

  1. See Issue # 4692 for the fix.
  2. When is your CPU at 100%? When a startrails, keogram, or timelapse is being created? If so, that's normal. If it's at a different time, run htop to see what's using all that CPU. Allsky isn't very CPU intensive except when creating startrails, keograms, and timelapses.
  3. Where are you seeing the 'No video with supported format and MIME type found' message?
  4. Artifacts like that in a timelapse can usually be removed via a setting. In the "Timelapse Settings" section of the Allsky Settings WebUI page, see the description of the "Extra Parameters" setting.
