A couple years ago the RPi developers came out with an update and called the updated commands Allsky should use the
to make sure it is working.
After a minute, attach /var/log/allsky.log. Eric |

@gintasd, you need to upgrade to the newest Allsky to fix the problem with the camera not found. A Pi 4 with 4 GB memory is fine. And you want to stay on Bookworm. |

Hello,
I need some help, please,
This evening did an RPi update just by pushing "Update" Icon.
After update and reboot Allsky shows "RPi Camera command not found".
Camera is RPi HQ
I have tried at raspberry "libcamera-hello" - it does not find such command.
But "rpicam-hello" works as expected and I can see camera video - it works.
The applications seems to be recent:
rpicam-apps is already the newest version (1.8.1-1~bookworm).
libcamera-tools is already the newest version (0.5.1+rpt20250722-1).
libcamera-ipa is already the newest version (0.5.1+rpt20250722-1).
libcamera-ipa set to manually installed.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
