Mask is not applied

I have followed the instructions, configured the image mask module to hide borders for day and night but the pask is not applied.

I created my mask (black and white png) from one of the "live" image so it should have the right size...

What am I doing wrong?

I am using a raspi 4B with 1G and Allsky v2024.12.06_04

Can you post screenshot if the image before the mask is applied and after. i.e. disable the mask module and grab a copy of the image then enable the mask module and grab another copy.

The support info you provided shows that the mask is being applied.

I don't know if it is related but there is no thumbnails in the image manager.

I cant see anything obvious here so please can you do me a favour. Open up the image manager and right click on one of the images and select 'inspect'. It should look something like the attached image.

Try clicking on the link in the 'src' and see what happens

Can you post the inspected view like in my screenshot. I suspect this is something to do with the webserver buts just want to check its atempting to load from the correct url.

OK that was an issue with Safari.When using Chrome the thumbnails are present.

The issue with the mask not applied is still present though.

What device are you running Safari on? I develop it all on a Mac an primarily use Safari for dev then test in other browsers.

I'll try using your mask on one of my systems this evening as there is nothing obvious to say why its not being applied

Thank you Alex, I am on a MacBook Pro 2019 with MacOS 15.5
That is a mask I designed to hide the borders of the camera. Can you test it during the day also ?

I have tried this and the mask works for me :-(

I did have to adjust it a little to match my cameras dimensions.. I'll keep working on this but have to admit to being a little baffled at the moment

Often when one browser shows something and another browser doesn't find it, it's a browser cache issue that SHIFT-F5 usually fixes.
