Sending ftp but .local and ip is down so unreachable

Morning,

One of my allskys is sending pictures happily via ftp but the .local and also direct via its IP has become unreachable, so i cant access the interface. tbh i cant work out why so any thoughts or help would be great.

I've run reboots, can see it on the network but just cant access it,

@digitalurban Andy, look in /var/log/lighttpd/error.log for any errors.
What happens when you try going to the site?

Aw the joys of networks - i finally did a complete reboot of the network and it came back! thanks for the help...

A bit off topic but I had trouble with my ftp in that I forgot to restart my FTP server after a power outage. IS there a way of telling allsky to revisit what its missed in uploading of timelapses etc? I have them on my rpi but due to my error they havent been uploaded to the online server

@secstwice You can upload startrails, keograms, and timelapse videos for a given day:

cd ~/allsky/scripts
./generaForDay.sh --upload DATE

replacing "DATE" with the date you want to upload, e.g., 20230408.

If you only want to upload timelapses, then add --timelapse before the DATE.

Have a look at the upload script in allsky/scripts type ./upload.sh and it will tell you what you need to upload also have a look at the document on upload in the wiki
