Interesting adapter to turn Pi Zero into Pi 3, working OK so far with my setup

I don't have a photo to share, but this board turns the Raspberry Pi Zero W's I have into a 3b form factor. USB ports are adequate so far to power a 120MC-S and the camera connector is a tight fit but seems to work OK on another one.

Just tossing that out there in case anyone has some spare Pi Zero devices and want some real USB ports, ethernet, and/or standard HDMI out of them...
