Release version seems confused

So the read me has a warning

NOTE: When upgrading from a release prior to 0.8.3 you MUST follow the steps

When I look thru the releases and tags I see allsky is currently version v2022.03.01, I see older versions with a different labeling scheme.. v0.7 but no 0.8.3
Is 0.8.3 an allsky version or some thing different?

Hi Steve,
You are correct that 0.8.3 is a slightly older release and the README.md should say v2022.03.01 instead of 0.8.3.
All new releases will have the vYYYY.MM.DD format.

How do I easily work out what version I am running?
I ask as I see many cameras on the AllSky map now have the menu on the left hand side and I WANT THAT...
I have a RPi with only 1GB RAM so is that the limit, or do I need to update the software. I originally setup AllSky about 6 months ago.

Search for the word Software in the lig file:

grep Software/var/log/allsky.log

As far as I know, the Allsky Website has always had the I one on the left side. Can you attach screenshots showing what you mean?

Is your Allsky Website on your Pi or the remote server? If it's on the Pi you could install it on the server in addition to, or instead of on the Pi, then you don't need to redirect or worry about http / https.
