Start-up Issue?

I had my RPi3b+ with the allsky software offline and shut down for a couple of weeks and tried starting it up today. The web ui comes up and I can click around, but the image it shows is from the last time it was running and making changes under camera settings followed by clicking save and letting it restart the service does not seem to execute properly. I checked the log file and all it says is "Starting Allsky" a few times (one for each reboot today). There is a second log file "allsky.log.1" with dates from two weeks ago. How can I fix this?

@renegade339 Please follow the instructions in the Wiki page on Reporting Issues, then attach the log file.

The allsky.log.1 file is the prior log file. A new one is created once a week. You can usually ignore old logs.
