Stage gets stuck on lower z axis

When lowering stage, stage gets very stuck and can't be moved with joystick and sometime with tiger contoller.

Stage actually gets stucks at limits of x, y, z. I think it goes over the limit and then gets stuck because it's in an error state maybe? Can get unstuck by going into tiger console and using MOVREL command into safe limit. Could be worth putting a check or something to see if the stage is over the limit and if so moving it back into safe coordinates?
