Merging arXiv Articles and Their Published Versions Leads to Information Loss

I have used the Zotero-arxiv-workflow to merge several arXiv articles with their published versions. However, the merged articles only contain information from arXiv, such as the arXiv ID, and all the publication information, including the journal name, is missing. I am unsure if this is due to the titles not being exactly the same or some other reason. Could the author please check and fix this issue?

After extensive testing, I found that the issue with merging arXiv and the published version occurs after enabling the plugin Linter v1.23.3 (which standardizes citation metadata). I'm sharing the URLs of the two test versions I used (I found that exporting and then merging them works fine):

• RS-MoE: A Vision-Language Model with Mixture of Experts for Remote Sensing Image Captioning and Visual Question Answering
• arXiv version

Can you reproduce this with a clean Zotero? Can you create a new Zotero profile following https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/multiple_profiles, installing just this plugin, and trying to reproduce this?
