Update Ruby version? Error with hostedgpt-base image.

Trying to update the Ruby version causes an error, because it looks like the Ruby version is a part of the image?

Here's what I get when I try to update it without access to the image:

Is the image something that we can update? I assume that's something @krschacht needs to update?
