求新版重新支持win7…

最新版在win7运行，结果无法启动，百度很久才发现有人说3.0后面的版本win7不支持了……求大佬继续更新win7分支。毕竟win7拿来当服务器还可以，10以后太臃肿了。感谢

golang从1.21开始就不支持win7了。。。目前使用的是1.23。。。
