AlfrescoViewerComponent does not show the original mimetype #8716

Current behaviour:
The new viewer shows a PDF icon in the toolbar for documents having a PDF rendition (eg: DOCX, ODT, etc).
Expected behavior:
The new viewer should show the mimetype of the document and not the mimetype of the rendition.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Upload a DOCX or any other document that is supposed to have a PDF rendition.
Navigate to the viewer and the mimetype icon is the PDF icon.
