PDF Preview does not render annotations ACA7.0.0

**Describe the bug**
PDF Preview does not render annotations.

**Environment**
- ACA version: 7.0.0

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Upload a pdf document with pdf annotations
2. Preview the document with the aca pdf viewer

**Expected behavior**
The preview should display annotations as in previous versions.
