Setting Electron's `allowRendererProcessReuse` to false is deprecated

In updating Electron from 8 to 12 (ecda681), allowRendererProcessReuse was set to false to maintain compatibility with some modules, which is deprecated as of Electron 10 and going away in Electron 14.
