Svelte 5 port

Tinro is a fantastic library and, in fact, the only one that offers routing using hash and memory. However, unfortunately, it does not work with Svelte 5.
And since I am used to it, I had to make a port.
It works in my case, but it requires comprehensive testing (which I haven't done).

If anyone is willing to join in the development and testing, you are welcome!
