Update RPi 4 to latest nightly

Hi,
I am successfully running sdrpp -server on my RPi 4b - I made a request a while ago regarding the Full IQ option being greyed out therefore not being able to deselect it to reduce data usage over internet connection.
Can you tell me, please, if the Full IQ option is now selectable in server mode and if it is, can I update my existing RPi installation WITHOUT having to do a full new build. I am running the latest bookworm 64 bit Pi OS.
