No signal from HackRF One in SDR++ on Windows 11 Pro

Hello! The HackRF One board is connected to a mini computer with the Windows 11 Pro operating system installed, the correct drivers are installed. I use the SDR++ program. There are no hardware errors in the operating system. The program starts, HackRF One is displayed in the source. However, when you press the Play key, the signal from the source does not go and there is no activity in the spectral region. The same operating system is installed on another laptop and everything works there. When launched in cmd with the key -s the information that is visible in the screenshot is displayed. Please help me solve the problem. Thank you.
