Feature request: timeout before setting device tracker as offline

Hi

The modern phones to save the battery disconnect from wifi from time to time. This leads to this device being deemed not home even though they aren't. 
Another integration I used before had an option to set device as not home after a timeout (180 seconds by default) to reduce false statuses.
Would be useful to have something similar in this integration.
