Error hdiutil: create failed - No space left on device

Hello,

I am trying to create Mac Catalina VirtualBox by running the followings:

export VM_SIZE=20000
make all

But I got the error Error hdiutil: create failed - No space left on device. Actually, I have 90GB free.=
Please kindly help. Many thanks.
