The Possibility to use older version of Tensorflow such as 2.7 #69

Thanks for this great project! Might it be possible to use an older version of Tensorflow such as 2.7 with the latest version of Nobuco? I just wandered if there is a blocker issue (such as operator support) to prevent using an older version before diving into it.
