Suggest Dangling links #64

I would like to have suggestions of dangling links (links there mentioned in files but the target file does not exist). So if I scan a file also those get suggested based on the dangling link name and aliases which may exist. This would allow to add links to files there are already planned to create and helps to keep them consistent in naming.
I think those links should be somehow marked as Dangling links.
