Is weekend calculation handles the Timezone?

Asking because Docs says Sundays are considered as weekend, so those days will be removed from the calculations.
But in my timezone Asia/Jerusalem, Sundays are not considered as weekend days but as regular working days.

Action considers Sunday as a working day for all timezones. It uses isWeekend function from date-fns. I will add functionality to change default behaviour, so it will work in your timezone properly.
