Hardware acceleration on Fedora 41

Hello,
Thanks for the awesome work .

I didn't come with this at all, found this on reddit i think.
The hardware acceleration wasn't working in Fedora 41 (gnome and KDE) (Wayland) with Thorium but adding those arguments made it work. (yes i did install RPM codecs non-free)

tested on a
intel celeron n4020(intel hd600) using the Thorium sse4 - Gnome
intel i5-8365U (intel uhd620) using Thorium AVX2 - KDE

Not sure if it is a great idea... or things should be removed to get better performance in the end... but now it works on my side.
