Translation of user generated content

Hi!

We would love to see the ability for Trumbowyg to manage the translation of the user generated content. I'm not referring to the Trumbowyg interface itself, which is already translated, but rather to the "wysiwyg" content itself.

For instance, there is ideally a way to toggle between different languages and the content in the editor will get swapped out and show the content for that language and allowing editing of that languages content.

I imagine this might be implemented on the UI side similar to templates where there is a button that results in a dropdown of languages:

We intend to build this plugin ourselves and submit it back to the repo, but wanted to start things off with a ticket in case there are any concerns or considerations we should take into account when we build this.
