Bug: The paper change is not working on the Admin Page

Background Information

When I change the paper on the Admin Page as the administrator user, I get a 500 error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the platform.
2. Log in with the admin user.
3. You can go to the Admin page.
4. Select any user and try to change the role in the open drawer.
5. What is happening: Returns error 500.
