[FEAT REQ] PronounDB meets Translations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Not a real problem (see Alternatives below), but a nice feature ^^

Describe the solution you'd like

• Some kind of extra wrapper to automatically determine correct pronouns

• Should be in an extra file so it can easily be used by extensions

• If pronouns are unsepcified or not present in the translations fallback to neutral pronouns

Describe alternatives you've considered

You've could just use neutral pronouns everywhere, but I want to spread the word about PronounDB
