OSS-DocumentScanner vs. F-Droid.org (?)

Why isn't OSS-DocumentScanner available on F-Droid.org?

@r-flo-r fdroid needs to rebuild everything on each build.
First the framework I use for the app, even if being 100% open source, is quite hard to build within fdroid.
Plus I dont really like the fact that we use so much CPU power / server time/ energy, to build each version.

I am still not sure if I want it on fdroid. Though I am open to it
